Barzolvolimab
Barzolvolimab (CDX 0159) is a humanized anti-KIT IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Barzolvolimab specificity and potently inhibits KIT activation by SCF. Barzolvolimab can reduce skin mast cells and disorder activity in chronic inducible urticaria[1].
