Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 Antibody (9D9) enhances T cell function by increasing the ratio of CD8+ T cells to regulatory T cells (Tregs). Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 Antibody (9D9) can be used for research on cancer such as colon cancer and melanoma[1][2].
